The internal structure of the insert ball bearing is the same with that of deep groove ball bearing. But the inner race of this bearing is wider than the outer race. The eccentric groove on the outside diameter of the inner race and also on the inside diameter of the collar automatically and firmly secures the shaft to the bearing when the shaft is rotated. High quality grease is sealed in the bearing. This bearing is used in compact and light weight units.
